Legal bases for participation in raffles organized by ZANSASHOP

2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion bases will be applied to all draws between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
Those who reside in Spanish territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are of legal age and who during the participation period have an active Facebook/Instagram account may participate.
4.- CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS AND PRIZES
The draw among the participants will take place on the date indicated in each case in the Facebook/Instagram post and the winner will be notified in the same post as the draw. In this way, the winner will contact ZANSASHOP through messages.
The result of the prize will be made through AppSorteos, a third-party application that makes random draws, offering a certificate of validity.
If the initial winner does not claim the prize, ZANSASHOP reserves the right not to deliver said prize.
In the event of being the winner or substitute, the participant authorizes the publication of their personal identification data in the channels indicated in this same point and the following one, with the sole objective of carrying out the publication of the winners and reservations.
The prize may not be identical to the one announced, but its similarity in price and characteristics will be guaranteed.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Limited to one prize per person. ZANSASHOP reserves the right to substitute the prize for another similar one of the same or greater value in case of force majeure. In no case may prizes be exchanged for their cash value.
5.- COMMUNICATION
ZANSASHOP reserves the right to communicate the name of the winner of the draw in different advertising media and on its website. Just by accepting the prize, the beneficiary authorizes ZANSASHOP to use his image in the advertising exploitation of the prize awarded. The acceptance of the prize implies the acceptance of this clause.
6.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
Profiles dedicated to participating in raffles, or other indications of being ghost profiles, will be excluded from the prize. We understand ghost profiles by profiles that meet some of these requirements:
- Profiles that do not have a profile picture
- Profiles that do not have more than 15 followers
- Profiles that do not have more than 5 posts
- Profiles that despite meeting the above parameters have no reactions to their posts
7.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions in which the content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will not be allowed either. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotions, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
8.- EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
The winner is responsible for collecting any permission or consent necessary for the enjoyment of the prize and for any incidents that occur during the prize.
The prizes are subject to these legal bases and it will not be possible to replace them totally or partially with cash. The prizes will not be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winners. If the prize is rejected, by the winner, no alternative will be offered. Its sale or alienation is strictly prohibited.
The participants of the raffle exonerate, in the broadest way that is applicable by law and without limiting their rights as consumers, the organizer, for any type of responsibility, sanction, claim, demand or civil, commercial, criminal, administrative cause, including compensation of any nature and/or nature, expenses, costs (with express inclusion of the fees of lawyers and solicitors).
The participant accepts that the organizer may postpone, shorten, extend, modify, cancel or suspend the draw as a result of force majeure events beyond its control, committing to inform the participants of this circumstance as soon as possible.
The organizer is empowered to resolve any contingency not provided for in these legal bases.
9.- CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or undermine the rights of the participants in the promotions.
The simple fact of participating in a raffle implies full acceptance of these Bases. If the prize is not accepted as stated in these Bases, it would be understood that it was renounced.
10. -Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Vinaroz will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
11.- FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
This raffle is free for participants. Both the raffle and the prizes are subject to change or modification.
