How do I make a purchase?

1. Choose the color and size of the product you want to buy
2. Go to your shopping cart
3. Review the products in your basket
4. Go to checkout
5. Provide the address where you want the shipment to arrive. If the billing address is not the same, click on "billing at another address"
6. Select the payment method PayPal, bizum, or credit or debit card
7. Enter the required data and select pay. Remember that both PayPal and Redsys are secure payment platforms, which will never provide your payment details.
8. Once the payment is made, you will receive email updates on the status of your order

Is the product I receive the same as in the photo?

Of course yes, you will receive the same product. However, it should be noted that there may be slight variations in color, depending on the monitor or mobile screen with which it is being viewed. Even so, the variations are slight, so the color will be very similar to that appreciated in the image.

How do I know if I have made my purchase correctly?

What do I do if I bought a product by mistake?

You can do it in two ways, either in the my orders section and canceling the order or contacting us by the means that best suits you to notify us of the cancellation.

Can I return a product?
